After 23 years of employment at Microchip Technology where I was recognized as a customer focused individual who processes a strong sense of urgency regarding customer satisfaction, I joined the start up team for TSMC. Being with TSMC for a little over year and, despite all the delays and conflict, I have continued to excel in communication which has supported excellent relationship building capabilities and has lead me to being a capable trainer for developing personnel. Currently I am with Terra staffing group where I dedicate myself to being a strong advocate of embracing a company's work culture through teamwork, cooperation, and dedication. Interacting with people is the dynamic of customer service and this is definitely one of my strengths. I am excited to move on and start a new part of my life with a new company.
