  • I have been supervising up to two investigators and a case aide, as well as carrying a case load
  • Some of my duties include onboarding, ensuring timely closures, SDM tools, acceptance and assignment of cases, timesheet completion, supervision, balancing a case workload and supervising investigators
  • I facilitate a local Child Protection Team regarding investigations and assessments with our local family center and other organizations
  • I am a member of the leadership team within my office, the Multidisciplinary team, CSI team, and high-end staffing
  • I collaborate with Lamoille County Mental Health, local advocacy centers, recovery agencies, University of Vermont Medical Center’s Child Safe team, law enforcement agencies, and schools to name a few
  • Collaboration is a very important part of my position as relationships within organizations helps me with more efficient communication and ultimately, child safety.

  • I have had extensive training in forensic interviewing and have over eight years of experience interviewing children and adults regarding suspected abuse and neglect

  • I also assess to determine the risk due to allegations of suspected abuse or neglect
