• Coached 13 teachers to reflect on and improve their practice which as led to improved student outcomes.
• Created and published an introductory training on Ross Greene's Collaborative and Proactive Solution model for the Auburn SD's training series.
• Completed my principal/admin internship in 2024 and covered child find placement duties while my Early Learning Director was on maternity leave.
• Active member of Auburn's PK-12 SEL curriculum committee (2023-24)- we created a mission statement and recommendations for future committees to improve the Social Emotional Learning of the district.
