Executive management of $130MM design/renovation of 36-story high rise. Responsible for day-to-day management of all staff and contractors. Design, approve, and manage tenant improvement construction. Implement opportunities to increase profitability, maximize space utilization, and reduce operating costs. Assist brokers in contract negotiations and approve leases. Serve as point of contact with counsel. Work with all AHJ’s on code compliance, permits, inspections taxes.

Accomplishments:

  • Oversee construction and building operations throughout 5 year, $130MM renovation.
  • Design and manage over 100 additional capital and operational projects.
  • Develop 5 year, $12MM capital plan.
  • Develop and manage annual $6MM operational budget and approx. $5MM capital budget.
  • Created / implemented policies and procedures for operations and finance teams.
  • Asset Management of over 212 capital assets.
