This project purpose is to rewrite and migrate Account Service agreements application to AWS cloud. It involves developing microservices to create, add, update special handling instructions related to claim and to upload relevant documents to S3.

Legacy system HEART is a single claims processing platform in support of a united claims organization encompassing Farmers, Foremost, Bristol West and 21st Century system. National Workers Compensation Claims System (NWCS) is a claims application and claims processing application supporting the Commercial, Personal, Homeowners and Workers Compensation claims. Both HEART and NWCS are applications that reside and process on a Siebel platform. This Project involves Personal Lines Auto, Bristol West non-standard Auto, Commercial Auto, Specialty Auto, and Workers Compensation from both the HEART and NWCS claim systems to be replaced with Guidewire Claim Center.

Project Name: Enterprise Claim Operating System –Healthe System

Role: Technical lead

Description: The Hartford contracts with multiple vendors who provide ancillary services for the Workers’ Compensation line of business. This requires vendor management to oversee and manage multiple vendor relationships and claim staff to schedule services through several vendors using different channels with limited visibility into the status of scheduled services. Additionally, The Hartford is not taking advantage of reduced rates and advanced billing scrutiny afforded through an ancillary benefit manager. The Enterprise Claim Operating System (ECOS) Project will integrate with Health systems for Ancillary Benefit Services Management. Ancillary Benefit Services (Transportation, Translation, Durable Medical Equipment, Physical Therapy, Home Health) will be managed / adjudicated in HES and the bills will be passed to Stratacare (Conduent) and Stratacare will send the ABM Bills to ECOS through the Existing Pay order Process. ECOS will process the payments for HES.

Environment: Claimcenter7.0, Spring Batch, Gosu, Java, Webservice, XML, XSLT, SoapUI, SQL, PLSQL,

WebLogic server 10.3, Oracle.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the team in developing the integration between ECOS and Healthe Systems to support inbound/outbound feeds using a separate Event message destination.

· Online claims and injury data are sent to Healthe system using the Event message destination with the service exposed by Healthe.

· Worked with the Application Integration Services team to develop Proxy URL for the service hosted by ECOS in order to use by Healthe system.

· Developed the soap webservice to receive send claim medical, notes data from Healthe System.

· Worked with ECOS and Hartford identity support management team to provide the single sign on access to ECOS users to HES Application using users email address authentication.

· Assisted the team in developing GW batch to send ECOS user’s data in order to provide access to HES application.

· Developed the Spring batch to process the Inbound documents send by Healthe.

· ECOS claims History data are sent via Managed File Transfer. Generated the History data using sql query and regulated using macro based on the format expected by HES.

· Worked with Performance team to provide test data for new integration testing with HES and analyzed the test results to make sure ECOS performance is not degraded.

· Coordinated with HES team for providing and receiving the test data along with test results validation.

Internal and external interfaces that interact with CI, Source and Loss Connect adapted to interface with the new Guidewire system.

Environment: Guidewire Claimcenter 7.0, Spring Batch, Gosu, Java, Soap and Rest Webservices, XML, XSLT, Soap UI, SQL, PLSQL, WebLogic 10.3, oracle, JSON, angular js.

Responsibilities:

· Developed FNOL based on business rules and requirements.

· Lead 5 members development team in the agile implementation on developing document management and policy search.

· Developed plsql procedure to retrieve the expired quotes.

· Used HTML and JSP for presentation layer.

· Jquery and JavaScript are used to disable and enable the quote eligible for re rating.

· Developed the metrics report of re rated quotes using SQL, Servlet and JSP.
