Reporting into the CTO, accountable for strategy, design, delivery of four enterprise portfolios: Content, Cause Portal, Grants (Benevity Grants and Versaic).
Content and Causes are the heartbeat of Benevity’s Ecosystem helping drive goodness for the NPOs/Causes via our digital kits, giving, volunteering, campaigns, matching campaigns, missions and challenges offerings.
- Automation of Digital delivery of content kits raised $1.2M in a quarter reducing manual creation(50%).
- Streamlining processes and implementing cost-saving measures on Versaic resulted in $2M savings per year and implementing automation leveraging AI.
- Automated Cause onboarding process to reduce manual customer service requests(2581) for duplicate nominations by 11.6% resulting in 1291 hours($52K) saved/quarter.
- Proactive participation in ARR, cross sell, up sell, churn, growth strategies for Community Investment roadmap($900M TAM) targeting $36M in Y2 ARR, $250K annual savings(1K hours) leveraging AWS event storming, EDA, API-first approach.
- Boosted client satisfaction rates through exceptional relationship management and prompt resolution of issues resulting in client retention and $49M ARR.
- Established and developed a culture of high-performing teams by providing mentorship, guidance, goal setting, constructive performance evaluations, feedbacks and opportunities for professional growth
- Working closely with CPO, CEO, CTO, and executive leadership, towards operational strategy.
- Tracking trends and suggesting business enhancements to both challenge and refine company's product offerings.
