  • Currently developing Green Hydrogen project for 1,200 MTPA Green Ammonia capacity in Victoria County, Texas, USA.
  • Project will be built in 3 phases for 75KTA Green Hydrogen (400KTA Green Ammonia).
  • One of the Most Advanced developed project compared to all other IRA complainant projects in USA for Green Hydrogen & Green Ammonia.
  • Negotiated lease and secured 345 acers of land with Port of Victoria along with docking & loading for Barges.
  • Secured water rights for all 3 phases and Grid power electricity.
  • Solar Project – Negotiated lease and secured 10,000 + acres of land to build 1,500 MW AC solar project for 1,280 MW electrolysers with behind the meter connection (Direct private connection) for Phase 1.
  • Project is compliant for USA IRA as well as Europe RFNBO guidelines with behind the meter (Hourly Match, Additionally & Regionality of Renewable project).
  • Negotiating Wind Energy PPA’s in ERCOT for Non-Solar hours for Electrolysers and structuring contracts with Retail Energy providers for delivery at Process plant.
  • Advance stages of discussions with landowners for up to 45,000 acres land for Solar & Wind projects.
  • Developing site for both process plant as well as Renewable projects.
  • Completed Feasibility & Engineering study FEL-1+ with Black & Veatch for Class 5 estimates of +/- 50%.
  • Floated RFQ’s for FEED and running process to shortlist engineering companies (Black & Veatch, Worley, KBR, IHI, etc.).
