I am given multiple tasks in any given work day, i have adjusted to a constant switch between working

the production line and side by side with our on site millwrights.

On the production line I am responsible for feed times and dismantling lithium ion batteries and other barriers from different company’s

to be recycled throughout the work day, I am also responsible for monitoring the plants systems through

a PLC interface that allows full control of any section of plant equipment.

Working under millwrights I have learned to do a variety of maintenance task including completely

swapping pump assembly to complete tear down and rebuild of company shredder and drag chain

assemblies.

I also have spent many hours working on and rebuilding filter presses and their pump systems.

Pump types include

⁃ Vertiflow pump

⁃ Slurry/Solids pump

⁃ Diaphragm pumps

• Manufacture energetic materials such as pyrotechnics, propellants, and explosives
• Train new production operators in proper use of equipment and tools
• Monitor quantity and quality of work to verify conformance to specifications
• Direct set up and adjustments of different machines
• Conduct light machine maintenance and repair to multiple heavy duty equipment
• Analyze different methods with engineering how to perform at a more consistent level
• Follow very strict work instructions and formulation to optimize our product
• Lift and carry over150lbs on daily basis, Forklift certified
• Specialized in casting all propellant in multiple buildings. Also work at plants 2 and 3 working with engineers on complex task.

• Follow complex work instructions, both written and verbal
• Utilizing appropriate Bills of Material, purchase order, and/or receiving documents, verify that correct material/product quantity has been delivered as ordered
• Record disposition details on the Dev
• Sys Excel spreadsheet
• Check shipping container for any sign of excess damage (i.e., puncture holes, crushed corners, tears, water stains, broken box seals, torn shrink-wrap, etc.)
• If any external damage is present, an internal inspection of contents must be performed
• If no external damage is visible, an internal inspection is not necessary, other than normal percentage sampling
• Contact Microchip purchasing to report rejects for accounting and corrective action reporting purposed
• Vendor RMA number will be issued by purchasing or supplier if return is necessary
