Empowering leader with passion for developing teams with focus on exceptional service delivery and customer retention. Proficiencies in inventory control, sales, staff training and development. My main role is to make work orders detailing technician findings due to customer concerns and technician visual findings.
I also advise customers on how to properly make a decision for their car repairs, but it is not limited to reconciling invoices, ordering parts, data analysis, customer retention, keeping consistent communication between the back shop, sales team, management and customers. Also, keeping a friendly relationship with our part vendors.
I started in a support role and quickly moved up to a Service Advisor, and now I am the Assistant Service Manager.
My duties at Midas included writing ticket up after technician findings due to customer concerns, and selling these jobs at an above 60% profit margin.
Within a month I turned the worst performing store in the district into one of the top performing shops in the company. After a year I assisted in running the new Cumming, GA location where it turned into the top performing store.
I also order parts, check parts in, ran weekly inventories, ran opening and closing duties.
I ran reports with technicians and upper management. At extremely busy times I understood that I needed to work and help technicians get cars out in order to meet customers and management exceptions.
I started off as an C-Tech which my duties included vehicle inspections, tire replacement, brake repairs, suspension repairs, alignments, preventative maintenance, mostly under carriage repairs. Through working as a C-Tech I eventually moved up to a B-Tech were I performed some more advanced under hood work such as basic repairs: leaking gaskets, A/C leaks, starting and charging system repairs, and light general diagnostics.
I eventually transitioned to a salesman due to my exceptional sales skills and customer service. My duties as a salesman were to keep high CSR reports, high up sales of alignments, tires, credit cars, and general spiffs.
I am the top salesman in every place of business I work at with attention to detail and efficiency.
