  • Streamlined Demand Intake Process for Press Ganey that takes care of Ideation to Delivery process. This helped the ORG to improve the business agility and time to market from 3 months to 2 weeks.
  • Led Product lifecycle redesign roll out from inception to execution. This feature reduced SKUs in CPQ by 95% in Press Ganey.
  • Led Platform Consolidation Migrated 2 salesforce instances to Main Press Ganey Salesforce Instance Which Included User Migration, Product Migration, Opportunity / Quote Migration and Custom Processes Migration.
  • Performed Cohort analysis that Identified Opportunities to fill gaps in ORG Structure, Processes, System and Metrics of PTC Subscription Management Business and that further helped produce a Roadmap for Improvements in FY23.
  • Trial Telemetry Data Visibility: - Strategized and led Ideation to Execution of an App that displays Telemetry data to Sales. This feature increased Prospect Lead qualification rate from 2.5% to 8% and Trial to Paid Conversion rate 0.8% to 8% in FY2023 for Free trials.
  • CPQ Phase 2 roll out from inception to execution. This feature enabled unified/Single and Dynamic Quoting System for all Subscription selling scenarios, Price Book Simplifications, Product Configurations (reduced SKUs by 70%), Reduced number of Documents from 36 Templates to 4 and provided Comprehensive view of Customer Contracts/Subscriptions.
  • CPQ Data Migration initiative to migrate 14576 Zuora Subscriptions to CPQ so that these subscriptions can be renewed using New CPQ Experience and native Capabilities.
  • Migrated 99% of Salesforce Classic users to Lightning which boosted users Productivity by 25% and helped sales reps to save average of 5 to 10 HRs a week. This transition had opened the door for PTC to leverage 300+ Components and 500+ Apps that further helped IT to tailor the CRM to meet PTC’s unique business needs.
  • Led Deal scoring (AI Model) initiatives every year that helps PTC to reduce Discount leakage (in FY22 approx. 17M)
