I provided daily care for a family member who survived a brain stroke and lived with left-side paralysis. I managed all mobility support, including using a gait belt for safe transfers and helping him with range-of-motion exercises to keep his body moving. Beyond physical care, I offered steady emotional support during the frequent moments of frustration that come after a stroke. I remain a calm, dependable presence for him, ensuring he feels dignified and well-cared for in his daily life.

I provide compassionate daily care to help senior citizens live comfortably and safely through their final years. I assist with personal needs like bathing, dressing, and grooming while managing medications and daily schedules. I am dedicated to being a steady, supportive presence for my clients until the very end, ensuring they feel cared for, dignified, and at peace.

I also have experience as a Daycare Teacher, where I provided a safe and nurturing environment for groups of children. I planned and led daily activities that supported their learning and social development while ensuring all safety and hygiene standards were met. I am skilled at multitasking in a high-energy setting, staying patient and organized while managing the needs of multiple children at once. I also managed food preparation, providing healthy, homemade meals to ensure all children received proper nutrition throughout the day.

I also have strong experience as a Night Crew Stocker at Raley’s, where I worked in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. I managed heavy lifting and constant movement while maintaining a high standard of quality control to ensure every item was stocked accurately and shelves were front-faced for customers. I am skilled at handling the physical demands and stress of tight deadlines, staying organized and efficient throughout the night to ensure the store was ready for opening.
