  • I started my carrer here as a inside expo moved around and trained on every station. wanted to be the best i could in the kitchen, became the primary opener which i ran the whole line for lunch solo. Doing anywhere from 150 to 300 guest solo.
  • Talked with my managing partner about moving up. Became a trainer in all back of house postions , then eventually a cullinary proffisonal with my managment serv safe.
  • Have been trained outside of culinary as a bartender, host, and togos. Trained in doing truck orders, par pull, recently became a training for a SCP opener, A vs T, checking the trucks in and do liquor orders. certified door opener.
