  • I started as a driver in Napa i delivered pallets of oil and parts to customers, later on i moved up to cashier position i counted money and checks, balance drawers etc, couple months later i moved up to counter salesman where i would gain tremendous knowledge on parts i sell parts for car trucks, boats, bikes lawn mowers, forklifts also learned how to make hydraulic hoses get diamater and lenght of hoses with calipers learned also about fittings and pipes also about paint when i moved to the paint department i learned how to mix paint and use different formulas to make a specific color learned about clearcoat, primer and different products to use for automotive paint, i am currently a key holder i open the store and do cash report and balance the drawer and send the cash to the bank, i work in the office now so i currently sell parts to accounts like Firestone Ocean Mazda, Tires Plus etc over the phone i learned the best way to sell is make the customer happy in order for them to always come back to us and be satisfied.
