- Development and support of Web services for integration with Cisco Voice Portal This web services provide database information and remote systems information (web service proxies) for Assurant IVR applications which handle high call volume up to 600 voice calls per minute. Technologies used for this web services are Java, Spring WS, Hibernate, Oracle database, WebSphere 9 Application Server in a multi cluster environment, ehCache and WebSphere Dynacache.
- Development and support of custom Cisco CTI Softphone used by 3000+ agents. The CTI softphone provides data gathered in the IVR and then launches custom applications to automate customer service processes.
- Development and support of Corporate intranet site with 10,000+ users and departmental sites using IBM WCM and WebSphere Portal.
- Development and support of Web Services for Intranet applications developed in Java which provide Mail, LDAP and interfaces with IBM WCM.
- Technologies used for this websites include: Java, Spring, JSP, HTML, XSL, SQL, SOAP, JavaScript.
- Development and Support of a Requisitioning web application developed in-house which is used corporate wide by more than 3000+ users. This web application interfaces with multiple systems using web services (SOAP and REST). The web application is the client for a collection of more than 20 web services consumed using AJAX and the JavaScript framework Prototype.
- Design and coding of java web services to interface with Lawson ERP software and hide the Lawson software complexity from the consumers of the web service. Lawson software runs on WebSphere 6.0 and the interfaces and web services reside in the same infrastructure. The database for Lawson is Oracle in which we had to create triggers and stored procedures to support the modifications/ enhancements without change the base ERP software.

Plug-in development for Microsoft Visual Studio IDE which would generate and upload to the mainframe XML metadata and COBOL copybooks. Web application development to generate java proxies and COBOL copybooks.
- Traveled to California for several months as a consultant to implements projects for ADP using Clientsoft Mainframe and client tools.

- Design and coding of Oracle schemas and stored procedures, java JSP pages and server side programs to produce the customizable financial reports. The development of java code was done using one of the first versions of Websphere Studio Application developer tool.
- Geneva Restructuring Project. Development of new interfaces and enhancements to the PBIS AS/400 based software. This new interface was developed to connect the Portfolio Integrator software to mainframe based system including General Ledger, DDA, Deposits, SWIFT, Foreign Exchange and Letters of Credit. Development of a java proxy to translate private information when client application resided in Switzerland.
- London Private Bank Platform. This project consisted on enhancing the current PBIS software to adapt to UK requirements and regulations. To comply with UK regulations the postscript portfolio statements software was completely rewritten and modularized for better maintenance.
