MANUEL DECASTRO

Residing in Eastern Pennsylvania from the late 1970's to Mid 1980's completed High School, attended Villanova University Night School. Studied Communication Arts, worked part-time at different Hotels & Restaurants.

Moved to Florida in the mid 1980's. Continued working in the Hotel business in guest services. Was employed at WSVN Channel 7 News as a News Assistant. In 1988 became a Certified Process Server working as an independent contractor for several Agencies & Private Process Server businesses. I continued working as Process Service until 2021. At this time, I am employed at South Miami Hospital, my first position for 2 years was a PBX Operator performing the following duties:

Operates multiple-position telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls.

Performs miscellaneous hospital Telecommunications and clerical duties as needed. Monitors all hospital alarms, performs code paging, and provides patient information.

Consistently delivers exceptional service to all callers.
