• Lead collaboration with public and private institutions, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to develop sustainable strategies and frameworks (GRI, PRI, GRESB, CDP, UNPPRI). Focused on ESG, SDGs, carbon footprint reduction, climate risk management (CRMP, TCFD), and urban regeneration, while ensuring affordability, accessibility (SUA), and infrastructure resilience.
• Enhanced walkability by designing pedestrian-friendly streetscapes, promoting active lifestyles among residents.
• Optimized land use patterns by identifying key growth opportunities and implementing strategic infill developments that fostered a sense of place.
• Led research and technical analysis on urban planning, zoning, environmental, health, and climate resilience issues. Assessed urban health across four districts in San José, Costa Rica, creating indicators and dynamic maps to visualize risk scenarios for 68,000 residents. Identified vulnerabilities and opportunities for resilience and climate adaptation, and shared findings through workshops and seminars with students, institutions, businesses, and communities. Managed and coordinated the publication of spatial planning deliverables, integrating data from various studies and sources. Developed tools for urban health assessment, energy efficiency, and bioclimatic modeling.

• Served as senior architect, and deputy chief, preparing design, fabrication, and construction proposals, feasibility and technical reports, specifications, and FEED design proposals. Managed bids and international technical evaluations across the EMEA region (Spain, France, Algeria, Turkey, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE), as well as in Australia, Mexico, the United States, and Canada.
• Managed change proposals, technical consultations, subcontract monitoring, and procurement processes, including material orders and evaluations. Coordinated interdisciplinary teams across EMEA, Australia, Canada, and the U.S. for project development, client meetings, and negotiations. Led architectural design and construction supervision for various phases, including quality control in diverse regulatory environments (Arab, American, European) across residential, commercial, sports, transport, and industrial projects.

Developed and coordinated residential, commercial, and hotel projects in Spain, France, and the Dominican Republic, incorporating passive design principles, optimized criteria, and ESG methodologies (environmental, social, governance).

Urbanization of Valdebebas, Madrid (Spain): Awarded first prize in a design competition for residential buildings. The project includes sixteen semi-detached houses and three buildings with a total of 120 apartments.

Co-designed and constructed residential, commercial, and hotel projects with optimized bioclimatic principles, passive design, and attention to material parameters, construction processes, energy consumption, biophilia, and landscape integration.
