Position Summary

• Conduct and perform Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) to vehicles in the motor pool. Vehicles are PLS, FMVT and Humvee.

Core Functions

• Conduct PMCS of vehicles to make sure they are mission ready.
• Maintain accountability of all equipment when tasked with it.
• Conduct regular drivers training to maintain up to date permits/licenses.
• Authorized to drive the PLS, FMTC and Humvee.
• Maintain in good physical health to ensure I am able to execute my job properly and effectively.

Position Summary

• Planned and managed the security program which included managing security activities and staff to ensure security needs are met. Provided protection for system property and equipment.

Core Functions

• Hire, train conduct performance evaluations and direct the work flow for security officers.
• Develop, plan, prioritize and direct overall department work assignments for department staff. Provide leadership and directs the work of all department staff.
• Develop and maintained productive working relationships with hospital administration and management by ensuring effective communication and positive customer service.
• Monitor and oversee the tracing and trending of employee, patient and visitor security data. This includes managing all incident reports and field investigations.
• Performed all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.

Position Summary

• Provide on-foot patrol of the interior of the facility. Respond to panic alarms throughout the entire facility, including the behavioral health units, as well as the surrounding clinics. Provide outside patrol of the parking lots surrounding the facility.

Core Functions

• Respond to all emergency codes for assistance and control and as the most senior officer present, take charge of the situation until relived by a supervisor.
• Utilize Crisis Intervention techniques to de-escalate potentially violent situations and aid junior officers.
• Provided protection guidance to junior officers and assist security leadership with additional duty assignments requiring an experienced Security Officer, such as but limited to, training, documentation, investigations and serving in a leadership role when a supervisor was not present.

ADDITIONAL TRAININGS

• Crisis Intervention Team - Successfully completed the 40 hour Crisis Intervention Academy. As a CIT Officer, verbally de-escalation is our number one tool. Assisted individuals who were going through a mental health crisis and getting them the help they need. Effectively de-escalate would be violent individuals and assisted them in any way possible.

Field Training Officer

• Successful completed the Field Training Officer Academy. As an FTO, I was assigned to new officers coming into Banner Security Department. I was responsible for appropriate training, which included how to conduct patrol rounds, writing incident reports, conducting investigations and knowledge in policies and procedures.

Back-Up Dispatcher/Badging Officer

• Successful completed the badging course. Knowledge in badging printer troubleshooting. Knowledge in Area Access Manager (AAM) program. Knowledge in both alarm monitoring systems MKS and LENEL.

Position Summary

• Provide on-foot patrol to both interior and exterior of the facility. Provide great customer service. Respond to emergency situations throughout the facility including behavioral units and surrounding clinics.

• On-foot patrol of interior and exterior of facility. Report and damages seen while conducting patrols.
• Respond to emergency situations throughout the facility and ensure safety of all staff, patients and visitors.
• Conduct investigations and complete reports in a timely manner.

Position Summary

• Conduct on-foot patrol of Pima County Government facilities, which included, Central Plant, Administration building and Pima County Superior Courthouse.

Core Functions

• Provide guarding and security services with on-foot patrol of Pima County Government facility.
• Respond to silent alarms and inspect areas to make sure everything is under control.
• Assist in evacuation of government personnel during emergency situations.
• Provide oversight security at Board of Supervisors meeting and ensure safety at all times.
