Service of Enphase (internal) PV and Storage systems in area of the Field Service Technician. Schedule customer site visits and coordinate activities between Enphase CS and system owners. Perform onsite testing and diagnostics of system performance and behavior. Complete solar maintenance reports. Complete microinverter maintenance and update Enlighten monitoring system with changes.

My overall duties are making sure im tracking system performance via live web portals, responding to service tickets, communicating service schedules with customers, and performing field service including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of battery energy storage systems.

Oversaw operational activities at every level of the organization. The duties included hiring and training employees/ new outside contractors and managing the solar installation/ quality assurance processes, Preparing planstes and materials for the install teams, checked with permit coordinators to make sure the permit coordinators to make sure the permits for each job was uploaded correctly to the crm database which were on regular basis. I also strategized process improvements to ensure everyone completed their tasks on schedule etc.. Overall, I wore multiple hats.

This company filed for bankruptcy and is no longer in service, moving forward.

As a Branch Manager I was responsible for organizing and leading the branch operations team. I was accountable for key performance metrics by managing a team of installers, and other field personnel who were responsible for site auditing, permitting, installing, inspecting and servicing solar projects.

Maintained a high quality PV Solar maintenance on SolarEdge, Fronius and Enphase as well as the communications system on a punctual timely manner. Experienced in the electrical side of the installation of solar and inverter tie-in to the main panel, with having to rearrange the electrical solar equipment. I made sure to always have an answer for a customer if they had any questions. I reported my end of the day reports to my supervisor to ensure my supervisor was always updated.

I started as a Field Electrical Foreman on an install crew and made sure the crew was always working safe on the jobs and made sure the install was going as planned and according to specifications. I then moved into the service department and maintained a high quality maintenance proficiency for SunPowers PV Solar system as well as commissioning the PVS5 monitoring system for new homes and other residential homes with a high professional customer satisfaction.

As a infantry Sargent team leader I was accountable for the soldiers and equipment assigned to the team. This includes enforcing discipline with subordinates and ensuring the members of the unit abide by the U.S. Army standards in all areas. It also involves establishing a suitable maintenance schedule of team equipment and team fire maneuvering training. The U.S. Army taught and showed me leadership skills and motivational experience skill's.

As a Foreman, I managed an install crew on the field and made sure my crew worked safely at all times with a high quality efficient PV Solar install for the customer.

Started as a Junior Installer and worked my way up to Senior and lead installer. SolarCity is where I learned the electrical and Solar craft. Worked safely and closely with the install crew and learned to become a Lead Installer to ensure the install was installed by specifications and an efficient PV Solar system with an awesome customer satisfaction.
