Summary

I am a chemical engineer graduated from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería UNI Managua, Nicaragua in 2007.

I have fifteen years of wide experience in different application fields such as food manufacturing, supervising, quality control, ISO standard assessments (internal assessments) external certification), customer services, field services and sales.

I am a former process chief supervisor used to manage whole operation of a food processing plant, people and key performance indicators. Furthermore, I have solid knowledge about quality control, analysis and problem solve tools, people empowerment and training others. I developed good leadership skills and also I am a proactive and motivated team player.

I also have costumer services experience, sales, consulting and service working as a Field service Engineer and food retail services manager.

Throughout the years I have also given technical assistance, training people and performing food safety environment and occupational health assessments.
