  • Oversee all off premise accounts for H-E-Bs, Central Markets and Whole Foods in Central TX in order to manage visibility and velocity in the markets. Look out for trends, KPIS, POS, Planograms, Market by house. Grow distribution, depletion and revenue of on and off premise within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and nurture value-enhancing strategic partnerships with all distributors and retail accounts within the defined territories.
  • Working alongside different distributors, Ben E. Keith, Glazer’s wine and spirits, Silver Eagle on a daily basis as a team to achieve visibility in the markets.
  • Conduct regular meetings with identified customer channels focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth/ROI. Develop and maintain sales contacts with all major customers and new prospects.
  • Take responsibility for new client acquisition and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct regular business reviews with distribution and key accounts stakeholders to assess performance, progress towards sales targets, understand the needs/concerns and provide solutions to meet objectives.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the team. Manage more than 50+ employees. Brand ambassadors and staff for the demos and experiential events. Furthermore, maintain accurate records regarding distributor profiles, retail and on-premises distribution, competitive activity and pricing.
  • Maximize sales opportunities within the territories and ensure execution at account level through effective communication with distribution network and regional sales team. Coordinate weekly tastings maximizing customer awareness and consumption.
  • Ensure consistency with all marketing and sales activities as well as consistency with following company procedures. Keep up with weekly sales figures to have a steady increase in the sales report of your markets.

  • Manage more than 90 BAs and coordinate weekly and monthly on and off/on premise activations.
  • Oversee all off-premise accounts H-E-B stores, Whole Foods, Twin liquors to name a few in order to expand visibility as well as velocity for the brand in multiple markets in Texas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sales and marketing ensure seamless execution with sales plans. Develop and maintain sales contact with all key prospects for the brand.
  • Send weekly and monthly recaps to distributors through excel/PowerPoint in VIP to meet annual sales goals. As well as attending weekly meetings with distributors to discuss feedback and current goal strategy.
  • Coordinate all POS, budget, expenses, KPIs, SKUs, planograms for the markets designated per house.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data. To make data driven decisions. Always look out for market trends that might affect the brand or its current/future sales. As well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with key accounts, understand their needs and build long-term relationships.
  • Manage all major events for San Antonio, Austin. As well as managing all sale and marketing budget for local events in the markets.
