Reparación (fugas grifos)electricidad ,cerrajería,Reparación menores paredes o suelos,solucionar incidencias técnicas reportadas por los inquilinos en un tiempo eficiente (generalmente 24-48 horas)..stockde herramientas y repuestos necesarios .
