I am certified in Central Lines and Quinton Catheter Line Insertions and I am comfortable performing Paracentesis, managing mechanical Ventilation and ICU care.

Medical and practical experience gained during my residency and fellowship period.
Nephrology Fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital in Houston: in-patient nephrology consultations of wide spectrum of acute and chronic renal pathologies. A half day a week in nephrology clinic and half day a week of kidney transplant follow up clinic. Kidney transplant program at Houston Methodist is one or the strongest transplant programs in nation. Great experience in CRRT, SLED and ECMO in MICU, SICU, CVICU, CCU and NICU. I had the opportunity to work with very good interventional nephrologists at access center where I had chance to help in some renal fistula access procedures. I also did rounds at renal community clinics outside Methodist Hospital like Legacy clinic where I had the chance to manage some different renal diseases.
During IM residency training In-patient rotations: Management of in-patients in many medical centers including MICU/CCU/NICU, CVICU, medical floors and Stroke units. Work includes admission, monitoring daily progress, labs, procedures and other investigations, planning the course of treatment and planning discharge and follow up care. Working with an average of 20 - 30 patients in a day. I also have experience in Critical Care Medicine: including mechanical vent management, ECMO, septic shock, SLED, CRRT and HD.
