As a videographer/video editor, I record and edit music videos, weddings, etc. While also exercising my personal and professional communication skills among the public in various settings and locations. This gives me a chance to learn more about how to interact with others and how to manage or oversee a lead position, while also learn how or when to deescalate different situations.

As an inspector, I looked over the trucks that carried the load out from the warehouse to the next location. Checking the trucks for any defects that they may have. Making sure that everything is the way that it should be before leaving the dock.

Served and understood customer issues as a Comcast Customer Service Representative. Troubleshot cable and internet through the main server before scheduling a hands-on technician visit. Resolved technical problems by coordinating with customers and onsite technicians. Also, I handled each customer on demand who needed a bill understood or paid. Within that time, I took the chance to try to upsell the service and try to give them a better experience of the company's service!
