Core Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Launch & Business Development:
- Spearheaded the brand's entry into the U.S. market, from initial market analysis to the successful launch of flagship locations.
- Conducted in-depth market research to identify and secure prime real estate for new store locations within the Houston area, managing all real estate procedures and negotiations.
- Developed and executed a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including full operational setup and launch.
Operational & Systems Management:
- Oversaw the selection, installation, and integration of multiple operational platforms, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, payroll, and logistics software.
- Established and optimized all store procedures and protocols, from inventory management to daily operations, to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Managed and coordinated all aspects of merchandise logistics, from receiving to distribution, to ensure a seamless flow of product.
Team Leadership & Human Resources:
- Built the brand's U.S. retail team from the ground up by leading the end-to-end recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for all staff.
- Developed and implemented training programs to ensure a high level of product knowledge and customer service across the team.
- Fostered a strong, high-performance culture aligned with the brand's core values.
- Led and developed team of district associates and oversaw creation of district-specific plans.
