- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of game operations, including gameday management, facility preparation, and event logistics for home athletic events
- Coordinate with visiting Director of Operations and coaches on team logistics to ensure smooth team arrivals and proper accommodations are provided
- Liaise closely with the director of athletics, conference administrators, sports information staff, head coaches, and student workers to ensure seamless event execution and communication
- Provide logistical support to our broadcasting partners to facilitate proper broadcast setup and facility needs (i.e. power supply, spacing, lifts, broadcast sites, etc.)
- Work with coaches from multiple sports to create practice and recruiting schedules that do not conflict with another sport or facility maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies for facility management, equipment setup, and post-event breakdown
