Help support 7 Group Leaders and 100 + UAW hourly on builing the 8 speed RWD transmission. Hitting targets of 966 per day on the assembly side. Also in charge of machining making sure all Cases, Valve Bodies, and Gears are made to cover our daily schedules each day.

• Launching the Drive Unit for E-Ray Corvette and H5 Battery

• Train and support 3 new group leaders in GMS, TIP, Kronos, manpower,etc
• Establish a strong GMS culture on 2nd shift
• Raised JPH from 64.4 in January 2022 to 70.1 in March 2022
• Raised JPH from 63 in August 2022 to 73 in November 2022

• Ensure all employees follow standardized work and build a high quality Engine
• Ensure all safety policies are being followed
• CIP workshop in Team 3 reducing IPPM hits for con rod bolt
• Raised JPH in head sub from 122 JPH to 143 JPH on 1st Shift in a 4-month time period
• Raised JPH in head sub from 119 JPH to 141 JPH on 3rd Shift in a 5-month time period

• Ensure all materials are brought to the Assembly line and Machining in a timely matter
• Decreased DT from avg of 15 min to < 5 min on 1st Shift GSC

• Manage 60+ package handlers on the day to day operations
• Lead the safety committee to build a stronger safety culture in the work place
• Set up the system to divert the packages to the right van line daily

• Manage driver processes and van loads
• Conduct D.O.T inspections on contractor vans and trucks
• Safety Rides and Road Tests
• Safety Committee Meetings
• Handle customer complaints, calls, and disputed deliveries
• I am also the safety advocate for my department

• Check and verify Haz-mats and International packages and paperwork
• Enter driver settlements, COD's, and handle customer calls
• Dispatch line-haul drivers and enter proper schedules
• Conduct van audits

• Load and Unload trailers and trucks
• Help managers run the unload area
