Accomplishments

    I started my career working in restaurants, and worked my way up to Executive Chef in multiple Hotel Resorts.

    I left the hotel / restaurant business for a role as Corporate Executive Chef for Pacific Seafood Co. The nations largest seafood distribution company. This turned into a sales consulting role, and then Director of Foodservice sales.

    in 2000 and 2004 I was a Culinary Advisor for Team California, competing in the world culinary olympics, in Erfurt , Germany. Winning 1 Gold, 2 Silver and 3 bronze medals.

    I had the privilege of teaching extensive culinary courses at Shasta College, and Sierra College in conjunction with the American Culinary Federation's auspices.

    I am passionate about food and every associated industry around it.

    I enjoy a Hunter / Farmer sales mentality, always seeking new opportunities and nourishing existing relationships.
