in 2000 and 2004 I was a Culinary Advisor for Team California, competing in the world culinary olympics, in Erfurt , Germany. Winning 1 Gold, 2 Silver and 3 bronze medals.
I had the privilege of teaching extensive culinary courses at Shasta College, and Sierra College in conjunction with the American Culinary Federation's auspices.
