Miscellaneous

  • Moved to Las Vegas in 1997. Was hired on as a member of opening staff at Bellagio. Employed by the Maccioni family at Circo/Le Cirque. Worked as a captain in their restaurants until 2005. Became a member of Wynn Las Vegas opening team in 2005. Worked at SW steakhouse as a captain and sommelier until 2010. Enrolled in Wynn management program in fall of 2010 and was promoted to manager at Botero steakhouse on Encore side of the property. Was invited to help manage and operate Scarpetta and DOCG restaurant collection at Cosmopolitan Hotel in summer of 2011. Moved to Texas and helped operate a restaurant in the Woodlands area outside of Houston, TX from 2015-2016. Moved back to Las Vegas in fall of 2016. Worked as a sommelier for Scarpetta before taking the position as AGM in summer of 2018. Looking to build on experiences and challenge myself with new opportunities.
