Collect and examine log files to identify crashes, errors, and exceptions, enabling quick problem resolution and software improvement.
Conduct browser compatibility testing with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and edge as benchmarks to guarantee smooth end-user experience across various web platforms.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to define system requirements, improve product quality and to ensure issues are communicated and resolved efficiently across SDLC.
Produce, maintain and execute test plans for UAT covering various aspects such as new functionality, defect resolution, regression testing and testing of fixes to defects in releases.
Develop, implement, and assess testing procedures for products, features and bug fixes to ensure alignment with specifications and adherence to system requirements.
Provide feedback on production readiness of software being tested, allowing management to make well-informed decision regarding release of software into production.
