  • Started as a regular employee working in Silver Refinery - Silver dissolve, adjustment, and precipitation which include titration of the dissolved solution
  • Became a supervisor of the department after three months, I was in charge of 6 people
  • Moving to the Gold Refinery and Sweep after 18 months, I was offered a management position to be in charge of production with a team of 19 people
  • Dividing into 9 sub-departments such: Melt, atomize, dissolve, precipitation, wash and the Sweeps which includes: incineration, milling, blending and sampling, and shipping
  • As a Manager:
  • I was in charge of updating old Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and write new SOPs for the departments that did not have any
  • I met and discuss production plan with customer about how their material will be handle with completion deadline in a professional manner so they can be sure that their material will be treated with care
