For +20 years, I have been building go-to-market strategies and leading Partner sales organizations that focus on loyalty and new business growth. My primary leadership objectives revolve around simplicity, a customer reference culture, and accountability by measuring growth KPIs. From being part of world class organizations to the likes of Adobe, Splunk, and Intuit, I have learned to be data-driven and hands-on collaboration. I cultivate a cross functional “win together” atmosphere to expand business and boost partner productivity.
