My role as a team member at my first job, Burger King, taught me a lot about customer service, learning to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and teamwork skills. I also picked up on skills like cleanliness, order accuracy, cash handling, cashier skills, and problem-solving skills. In addition, my retail sales experience helped me gain knowledge and skills in sales techniques, inventory, problem-solving skills, quick thinking, listening skills, and stronger customer service skills. While working as an office assistant, that position equipped me with amazing communication skills (verbally and in writing), time management, problem-solving, computer proficiency, data entry, confidentiality, attention to detail, and organization.
