All of these processes were my job descriptions at Sea Coast Home Health. A Quality Assurance remote position was offered after a year with the company, due to my prior QA training and experience at Unicare Home Health. At Seacoast Home Health I provided QA for all clinicians SN, PT.OT, Social Services, and HHA. During QA I insured clinicians followed treatment plan as ordered by the physician and documented in compliance with Medicare regulations, for example tracking timely submission on notes. physician orders follow up visits, communication notes, wound care and proper documentation of medication, oral, IM, and IV to include (SASH technique).

QA was performed under the guidance of the Director of Nursing by providing the DON weekly reports and the administrator regarding all clinicians of charting deficits.

Provided one on one documentation training on SOC, ROC, Recert Oasis, visit notes to skilled nurses.
