Coordinated the photography on top of mountain Chairlift rides.to top of mountain . Set up Bar and served pre wedding guest drinks and appetizers. Kept a very tight time schedule as The reception was at the bottom of the mountain and all guest could either shuttle Take a chairlift ride or ride the alpine slide My job then would be directing the guest where to go and what options were available. I would coordinate the bridal procession and music selection according to the bride and groom. When ceremony was over and the last guest shuttled down we would Shuttle flowers to reception at the bottom and with my team we would tear down and clean up and secure the outdoor venue.
