• Greeting patients as they arrive and answering incoming phone calls.
• Scheduling and cancelling patient appointments and maintaining patient accounts.
• Assisting with Periodontal Maintenance charting.
• Completing and filing patient history and insurance information.
• Confirm future appointments and informing patients of copays for upcoming appointments.
