  • My job duties were cleaning all glasses, utensils and bar equipment
  • Making sure all sink water was at proper temperatures, that the ice sink was cleaned
  • I also had to make sure the bar was completely stocked with beer, liquor, soda, juice, napkins, straws, ice and that fresh coffee was always brewed
  • At the beginning of each shift I would do a cash register balance and at the end of the shift balance the receipts to match my cash received for my shift
  • I would also collect money for new membership and renewal memberships
  • I was responsible for every person that entered my bar
  • I made sure no one was over intoxicated and always made sure my patrons had a designated driver or I would call a taxi
  • If I worked a closing shift I would wipe down all bar equipment, tables and counter tops
  • I would make sure that the bar was presentable for the next shift and turn off lights and set the alarm.
