Oversees roof installs, sometimes multiple in a day, making sure the crew is taken care of and if they need any more materials. I'd verify the material delivery the day prior to ensure the crew has the correct materials in the morning.

Oversees roofing crews on roofing projects and handle everything from front-end to back-end. I would close leads in design meetings, handling everything from material orders, county permitting, collections, waste dumpster processes, and certificate of completion if necessary. On the day of the build, I supervise and oversee installation verifying nailing patterns and professionalism to make sure we install the roof to our OC Platinum & GAF Master Elite standards.

I would prepare all building materials for the build. Afterwards, running lights and power for trim lighting. Also used scissor & boom lifts periodically. When the company owner or his manager wasn't available for the day, I would be next in command on the build and would supervise the crew to make sure everything was being done correctly and to our standards.

I was a lead store rep, tending to customers in all departments. I started in hardware and was proficient in every department. I also trained and supervised multiple representatives in different departments. I received all the licenses available at Lowe's, ranging from the forklift, narrow-aisle reach truck, cherry picker, and the EPJ.
