• Participate in team meetings to discuss quality issues and solutions.

• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations (ISO, Six Sigma)

• Programming CNC machines using computer software or entering commands usually

• Setting up machine by loading the necessary tools, materials and programs

• Running and monitoring the CNC machine during operation to ensure it is producing parts to specification.

• Conducting quality inspections of finished parts to ensure they meet the required standards

• Performing routine maintenance to keep them in good working condition

• Supervise, Mentor, and train team members to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

• Monitor daily production schedules, ensuring that targets are met while maintain quality standards.

• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

• Enhance adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions.

• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure the availability of materials.
