my name is Marcelo Aguilar,

I am currently working on United States Coast Guard inspected vessels as Chief Engineer and have experience in many aspects of Maritime engineering onboard ships. I truly enjoy what I do and I am looking to bring my knowledge and experience shoreside.

I currently hold a Designated Duty Engineer Unlimited Horsepower License with the U.S. Coast Guard in addition to many certificates and licenses needed in order to obtain obtain my current license.

I am a driven Chief Engineer offering 10 years of experience executing direct preventive and corrective maintenance. In-depth knowledge of general repairs and new system installations combined with business-oriented perspective. Familiar with all facets of design, construction and implementation as well as working closely with management, executing duties according to company policy and safety management systems.

I am very professional and work well in a team setting, but also do well when tasked independently. I look forward to the possibility of joining your team and greatly appreciate your consideration.
