I work for multiple agencies such as, but not limited to: GrapeTree Medical Staffing, Clipboard Health, ShiftKey, AllShifts, and so on. Part of my duties included:

• Responding quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
• Maintaining patient stability by checking vital signs and weight and recording intake and outtake information.
• Supporting ambulation and physical therapy needs by conducting planned exercise routines.
• Displaying cultural sensitivity while working with diverse populations across various geographic locations throughout the US.
• Changing linens in rooms, keeping spaces fresh and clean for patient health and satisfaction.

I am certified in three states currently (Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin) all with good standing.

I worked alongside highly skilled nurses/doctors and provided care according to demand, such as:

• Responded to patient emergencies with immediate care and notified clinicians to provide comprehensive assistance.
• Cared for clients with diagnoses such as respiratory failure, diabetes, Parkinson's disease and muscular dystrophy.
• Provided emotional support to distressed family members during critical situations or emergencies involving their loved ones.
• Reduced wait times for patients by effectively prioritizing tasks based on urgency and level of need.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills while interacting with diverse populations under stressful conditions in a fast-paced environment.
• Quickly responded to codes and cardiac monitor alarms.
• Assisted medical professionals with diagnostic procedures, contributing to accurate diagnoses and appropriate treatment plans.

Fun Fact: I have been nominated for the Rose Award 9 times during my employment at this facility. I was also born here!

I worked in the north tower of the hospital, where I would mainly assist with guiding family/friends to where their loved ones were. Other jobs include:

• Participated in volunteer orientations and training sessions to learn about organizational changes and mission updates.
• Maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs.
• Maintained up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices by attending conferences and training sessions relevant to the organization''s mission.
• Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.

Fun Fact: I delivered flowers and balloons to newborns and would usually be the first to say congratulations to the new parents!
