Summary

Passionate nurse with 21 years experience working in various areas of nursing. The majority of my experience is in geriatrics, but my passion is in mental health and addiction. Coming through much adversity in my own life and struggling with my own substance use, I am able to relate and empathize with this clientele. I am highly motivated and efficient and work very well under pressure. I am skilled in managing my time and prioritizing. I am able to handle a high patient load and work well in a high paced environment while dealing with crisis. I am compassionate, caring, and comfortable working with people of all backgrounds. I pride myself in that I am hardworking and committed in excelling in any task I am given. I am working on my psych certification and have obtained my addiction certification.
