- As a sales associate, I sold customers GNC PRO memberships and other GNC programs. This required me to memorize the various programs and pitch them to customers

- I had to think on my feet. Since I was the only person in the store during shifts, I had to complete daily operations and store functions, while being able to problem-solve. On various occasions, I thought on my feet to remedy issues that occurred during day-to-day operations.

- Stocked and organized retail shelves, took phone calls, processed payments on the cash register, and undertook cleaning tasks.

- Trusted with bank runs which included adding up all of the money earned by the store and depositing it at the bank.

- packaging and shipping orders. Every day I would package orders for customers and prepare them for shipping.

-Unpacking shipments. I would unpack and put away weekly shipments of products sold in the store.

-Opening and closing the store. I would open the store which included starting up the cash register, counting and inputting products on the shelf checking store emails, and counting the til.

I was responsible for customer service as well as food service. I was also responsible for the back-of-house operations such as preparing foods and dressings for making salads. I was also responsible for deep cleaning and organizing the front and back of the restaurant. I was also responsible for opening and closing the restaurant.
