Triathlon

My husband and I enjoy being outside training for the up coming races we have in our future. We like to stay in shape and running is what I do best. We have added triathlon to our resume of events and compete in numerous ranging for the 70.3 Ironman distance to the 140.6 Ironman distance. (Yes, that is 70.3 miles or 140.6 miles, and yes, we do this in a one day event.)
