I have over 20 years of auto glass experience. This experience has ranged all the way from mobile technician, to an almost decade long partnership in a family owned auto glass business. My current role as a store leader here at Safelite has been a very positive experience. I have been able to lead my team to two years of COE results. I am especially proud of my teams ability to do high quality work in a safe and efficient manner. We led our market in cost of quality last year at .88 cents and we are currently sitting well below budget this year at a 1.29. These results were accomplished with fifty percent of my staff being new techs under one year. I believe this is a direct result of a strong focus on SWOF and developing trainees correctly. I feel my experience and leadership has prepared me for further growth within this company.
