Marco Cuarezma Tiffer

Im from Nicaragua and I came at 8 years old looking for a better life with my mom. I was not to good at school as the motivation was not there. After high school I went through a rough time where I was lost and did not know what to do. I found my passion in pursuit of God and decided to turn my life around and start a new path from there I've been working long and hard looking for a good opportunity to that can take me to the next step.

I believe this training program is exactly what I need to get me there. Im a church leader which has forced me to push through and come up with a solution's have learn to work in a team and help my team mates achieve their task which than helps all of us take a step forward. I recently just won an award for committing to a class and being the most interested because I like to see things through and give my best. I work in construction here and there with friends and family which will help me exceed in this program. Working as a mover has made me knowledgeable it has me driven to exceed expectations in all areas with resourcefulness and problem-solving strengths. Once I absorb the knowledge Im able to put it into practice fairly quickly.

I won multiple awards in football for commitment and showing the most growth and improvement. I won church awards for being the most interested and asking the right questions.

I come from a Nicaragua a Spanish speaking country so I speak Spanish quite fluently and English as well that being said im working on speaker both of the languages better to have a better speech and wider choice of words to use.
