• Work under joint supervision with Area Safety Manager to provide expertise in Safety, Health, and Environmental areas in effort to prevent and mitigate employee injuries and illnesses. Assist field management with safety programs at their job sites. Able to ensure company remained in compliance with customer / jobsite safety rules, policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
• Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
• Conduct daily inspections and observations of work areas and liaise with supervisors and the crew relating to matters of Health, Safety, and Environment.
• Review and provide feedback to Supervisors and crew on hazard assessment and risk assessment documents.
• Ensure that all requirements of the Health and Safety Program are being carried out by all project personnel, including management, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and other parties working on or visiting the project site.
