I ve been in office management meetings with HR manager and Plant Managers and Cooperate main office
Meetings were mainly about employee retention,troubleshooting ideas on ways that new hires could stay longer and What could we as management do to help new hires survive and wanna stay with us ,in the other company at Georges LLC
I will usually show up unannounced and would check up on my new hires and actually get on the line with them and work get to know them and their concerns, I would be making my rounds and taking care of the new hires and would do and actual onboarding process for 30 days and do weekly evaluations where the supervisor would meet up with me and new hire individually to understand where the new hire was at ,in terms of doing good or having trouble , that's when the new hires could address any issues they were having and we would work with them as much as we could,not to baby them but would work with them ,
