
•Supported the operation of local agency programs that involve collaboration with locally operated correctional facilities to carry out high quality education programs to prepare youth for secondary school completion, training, employment or further education.
•Supported credit deficient youth between the ages of 16 and 21 complete a high school diploma or a GED.
•Supervised daily operations of the Open Doors program on equitable best practices towards equitable results for formally incarcerated youth and push outs.

•Established a caseload in coordination with school counselor, teachers, and other appropriate staff to create a listing of students most at-risk of not meeting state standards or graduation.
•Work with teachers and caseload students to develop student plans/goals that lead to a successful transition to the next grade level, graduation, GED and transition to postsecondary education or employment.
