I have been in sales all my life, since my freshman year in college. From a brand ambassador at H-E-B back in college, to the timeshare industry, to now the automobile industry. I love the car business because I not only enjoy selling, but I also have a fascination for different vehicles. I always start at the bottom of the ladder during the adaptation period and rise up if the opportunity arises. I am not abrasively competitive and respect everyone's role. If I rise up in an organization, great, and if I don't, great as well. I am a strong believer that God has a purpose in everything you do. I go where the wind takes me, as they say. I am a team player, and I love to teach and also learn, so that we can create synergy, beat other dealerships, and break records. I know there is a time to play, and a time to work hard. I personally prioritize following the footwork of Christ, despite downfalls and mistakes. I am a strong believer that there is no need to lie and steal to achieve personal and corporate goals and milestones. I live by the "let the better man take the chair" mentality. All in all, I am full of energy and strong mental tenacity; you cannot be defeated mentally when sales and volume are down. It's a game of strategies and Tetris to be effective during different seasons and trends. There is no cookie-cutter way of selling and generating traffic. To me, selling is a psychological skill above all. There is a logical and economical approach, but customers buy feelings above all, most of the time. You have to read your customer according to visual, audible, and emotional cues, and choose the selling style that might be the most effective in order to not only execute the sale, but also maximize profit, and leave the customer happy. I like to think of myself as a good salesman, regardless of the position and title, but I will leave that for you to decide if you give me the honor of growing and being part of your team. Thank you for hearing me out.
