As an operator at castings, our responsibility is to collaborate with Tool and Die / Maintenance / Process / Controls in order to have a very smooth and efficient production line. Our main duty are:

• Operated advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Performed root cause analyses on process deviations, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Coordinated with other departments such as engineering, maintenance or quality control when necessary for smooth operations.
• Isolated and prepared equipment for corrective and scheduled maintenance procedures.

As a Production Associate, It is important to remain versatile. My duty as a Production Associate consisted in mastering Forklift skillsets, learn Quality Specs on Casts, and Manually do reworks in a fast pace manner. Other responsibilities I had:

• Operated high-speed assembly machinery to ensure efficient production flow.
• Trained new associates on safety protocols and operational procedures, fostering a culture of safety.
• Improved product quality with thorough inspections, identifying and addressing potential issues before moving into the next assembly line.

OGP specialist at Walmart consisted in having a diverse set of skills. With the demand of customer needs, our duty was to pick the products the customer needed from the store. we were in need to inspect every product for quality control efficiently in order to meet their scheduled time. As part of the OGP team these were our important practices:

• Improved team collaboration by initiating regular strategy meetings.
• Evaluated customer needs and feedback to drive product and service improvements.
• Frequently inspected production area to verify proper equipment operation.
